JIA : PLEASE STOP ASKING ME THE SAME QUESTION OVER AND OVER AGAIN.
ITS EXTREMELY ANNOYING.
She replied teary eyed with this unreal anger she was showing Aarav.
This was never she wanted to do but then again all the importance that remained
was given to his friends and she couldn’t take it, Aarav’s importance
couldn’t be shared. While the same Aarav
got no time after his office, this little girl expected her Aarav to be a
little bot and never change. She wanted him to be the very same as before, that
Aarav who would care, who never had a no to say, who never let his girl cry,
that’s how Jia’s Aarav was. She could not take that. She loved him
unconditionally with her own conditions. She decided it was enough and this
time she was firm to move on. She spent her days crying and missing him, her
world around Aarav and she had no other friends that made it all the more
difficult. She started being on herself all alone. Getting active on all social
networking sites to curb her pain, to stalk him, to know how he was doing. Everything
Jia show, reminded her of Aarav. Those streets where they took long drives,
those parks where they spent their evenings, restaurants, theatres, malls
everywhere she missed him. It had been a week and she did not hear anything
from him, his message stopped, no networking site he was active on, she also
tried to call his friends but no one had clue one such a day.
While she missed him crazy she decided to visit their frequently
visited and favourite joint ‘pizza hut’ to feel his presence around her. Being
their regular customer, she was welcomed with a wide grin and question by a person
on gate, “Mam, Why are you alone? Sir kahaan gayein?” She did not speak
anything and move inside swiftly expecting Aarav inside the restaurant. She
felt broken as she imagined the couple their a cheese loving Aarav and lactose
intolerance Jia and the way they share their pizza. Aarav’s Cheese and Jia’s
Pizza. She took their favourite place (the corner table beside glass window). As
soon as she took a seat, waitress rushed to her saying, “It’s almost been a
month. Kahaan ho aap log?” She got an idea that Aarav had never been there too.
Tears on her cheeks noticed by waitress and she decided not to bother jia
anymore. After few minutes a person came to her and asked for the order. “So
Cheesy Pizza”, she said and burst in to the tears. Jia did not eat that pizza
and found herself giving it to the baggers exactly like Aarav did where she was
greeted with the same question , “Saahab kahaan gaye, madam?” And she asked the
question to herself the millionth time of where would Aarav be.
